Dr.-Ing. Kerstin-Evelyne Voigt is the founder and Managing Director of Macer Mechatronics, an independent engineering and executive consulting company specializing in product intelligence, manufacturing systems and industrial transformation.
With more than 25 years of international leadership experience, she has successfully led engineering, manufacturing and operational excellence programs across the aerospace, automotive, advanced manufacturing and medical technology industries.
Her career combines executive management with deep engineering expertise, enabling companies to reduce complexity, improve operational performance and accelerate industrial transformation.
Today, Macer Mechatronics supports manufacturers in mastering product complexity, optimizing manufacturing systems and implementing sustainable operational improvements through engineering excellence and digital manufacturing intelligence.
